Personalized Prenatal Care
Prenatal visits include: vital signs, palpation with fundal height measurement, assessment of fetal heart tones, evaluation of nutritional, emotional, and physical needs, education, and discussion of current milestones, questions, and/or concerns.
45 minutes to 1 hour long and scheduled as follows:
In-office every 4 weeks until 28 weeks of pregnancy
In-office every 2 weeks until 36 weeks of pregnancy
In-home Birth Prep Meeting Prenatal - approximately 36 or 37 weeks of pregnancy
In-office weekly until birth time
Postpartum Care for Mother and Baby
Postpartum visits include: vital signs, fundus and bleeding check, review of breastfeeding/voiding, monitoring weight and assessment of baby’s milk intake, NBS screen, CCHD screen, nutritional, emotional, physical needs, discussion of current questions and/or concerns.
45 minutes to 1 hour long and scheduled as follows:
In-home 24-36 hours following birth
In-home 3-7 days following birth
In-office 2 weeks following birth
In-office 4 weeks following birth
In-office 6 weeks following birth
Labor, Birth, and Immediate Postpartum Support
On-Call Availability: 24/7 support beginning at 37 weeks of pregnancy until birth time
Labor support in active labor (5-6 cm dilated). Attentive care throughout your labor and birth in the comfort of your home.
Monitoring mother and baby at home, immediately after birth with vital signs, newborn exam, overall health evaluation, and breastfeeding support.
In the event of transfer: Labor support until delivery (if a transfer is necessary and birth occurs in hospital).

In order to maintain the highest quality of care I take a limited number of clients each month. Space is reserved only by receipt of deposit after an in-person consultation.
Remaining balance divided into manageable monthly payments, with the final payment due by 36 weeks of pregnancy.
